In last couple of years “Business Agility” term has started appearing. A lot of people say Agile was always about business and why do we need this new terms. Others says its about taking agility to all parts of the organization.

We believe, Yes agility was always about business yet there are a lot more practices and resources from outside of agility which might be interesting to look at and integrate in our work with clients to help them align their business to market need and at same time employee, partners and stakeholder needs.

We will like to explore various practices and resources and help leaders and coaches both develop their own techniques by sharing and learning.

Join us in this up to 4 days intense dive on the meaning and practices of Business Agility, Organizational Design, Leadership, and beyond-IT Transformations.

Who is organizing this event?

The event is being independently organized by Saket Bivalkar and Fred Figueiredo.

The Venue

This event will be held at the Hotel Bel-Air, located in Castelldefels, right at the beach and less than 10 minutes away from Barcelona Airport. We chose Hotel Bel-Air from many options for being a big enough and comfortable place. The organization has already pre-booked rooms.
